CleanBC Better Homes / Energy Savings Program (BC)
British Columbia's home-energy program family. The income-qualified CleanBC Energy Savings Program offers heat pump rebates up to $13,000 for ground-oriented homes (up to $5,000 in condos/apartments) plus heat pump water heaters up to $3,500 and add-on support for ventilation, health & safety and electrical service upgrades. The any-income Home Renovation Rebate Program offers up to $4,000 for heat pumps in electric-heated homes, insulation up to $5,500 and windows/doors up to $2,000 — with bigger Northern rebates (up to $6,000 oil-heated, $8,000 gas/propane-heated) for homes from 100 Mile House north.

Who qualifies
- ✓BC homeowner; home currently heated with a fossil-fuel system for the switch rebates
- ✓Income-qualified stream uses household income thresholds
- ✓Installation by a registered/participating contractor is required for most rebates
- ✓Income-qualified stream uses three income levels based on household size (e.g. level 3 for one person: up to $102,100)
