Who qualifies

How to apply

1Apply online or on paper (Access NS and MLA offices) between October 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027; mailed forms must be postmarked by March 31, 2027
2Include a heating bill; payment by CRA direct deposit or cheque

Stacking with other programs

A bill-relief payment, not a retrofit rebate — it does not affect eligibility for Efficiency Nova Scotia retrofit programs.
