Rénoclimat (Québec)
Québec's provincial home retrofit program: a government energy advisor evaluates your home before and after the work, unlocking grants for insulation, air sealing, doors and windows. Important change: Rénoclimat no longer funds heating systems — heat pump grants now come exclusively from Hydro-Québec's LogisVert. Rénoclimat's remaining mechanical-system grants are $500 for an HRV/ERV and $120–$180 for drain water heat recovery.

Who qualifies

Stacking with other programs
Combine Rénoclimat (envelope work: insulation, air sealing, doors, windows) with LogisVert (heat pumps and efficient equipment) on the same project. Geothermal projects may also access a separate tax credit.

No. The program page states that Rénoclimat no longer provides financial assistance for the installation or replacement of a heating system. Heat pump grants in Québec now come from Hydro-Québec's LogisVert (up to $6,700 for an air-source unit). Rénoclimat remains the program for insulation, air sealing, doors and windows.
