Free winterization for lower-income PEI households: air sealing, a programmable thermostat, LED bulbs, a low-flow shower head and a voucher for a free heating-system cleaning — installed by delivery partner Summerhill Connect. Estimated savings of $250–$650 a year. Renters qualify too if they pay the heating bill.

Who qualifies
- ✓PEI resident with total household income of $50,000 or less
- ✓Own and live in the home, OR rent and pay the full heating costs
- ✓Primary residence or year-round rental; no Winter Warming help at that property in the past 5 years
